Download Help

Your wallpapers are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped. After your order is complete, you can download your files from the order confirmation page or the download email.

Download your wallpaper

  1. From the confirmation page: select Download Now next to your file.
  2. From your email: open the download email from Chill PrintScape and select the download link for your wallpaper.
  3. Save the original PNG to your device. Check your browser's downloads or your Downloads folder if you cannot find it.

For paid orders, your download becomes available after payment is confirmed. Free wallpapers also use the order and download process, with no payment required for a free-only order.

What is included?

  • Individual wallpapers: one PNG file per product.
  • Phone wallpapers: designed for your phone; a desktop version is not included.
  • Bundle packs: five wallpaper designs, listed on each pack's product page.
  • Desktop wallpapers: available separately in our Desktop Wallpapers collection.

Check the product description for the resolution and intended device. Download the original file instead of taking a screenshot of the preview to keep its image quality.

Set your wallpaper on iPhone

  1. Save the downloaded PNG to Photos. If it is in Files, open it and use the Share menu to save the image to Photos.
  2. Open Settings > Wallpaper > Add New Wallpaper > Photos and select your image.
  3. Adjust the crop, tap Add, then choose a wallpaper pair or customize your Home Screen.

Set your wallpaper on Android

  1. Save the PNG to your phone.
  2. Open your phone's wallpaper settings, often called Wallpaper & style. On many phones, you can also reach them by touching and holding an empty area of the Home Screen.
  3. Choose an image from your photos or files, select the downloaded PNG, adjust the crop and apply it to your Home Screen, Lock Screen or both.

Menu names vary by phone and software version. Your screen may crop the image to fit. For a desktop wallpaper, select the downloaded PNG in your computer's background or personalization settings.

Cannot find your download?

  • Check the inbox, spam and junk folders for the email address you used at checkout.
  • Check your browser's downloads and your device's Downloads folder.
  • If a link does not open inside an email or social app, try opening it in your regular browser.
  • If you still need help, email chillsoundscapes43@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We can help you locate your download.
